Magnus Burvall has over 30 years of experience working with growth, ownership and value creation in technology-driven companies. As a founder, CEO, board member, investor and advisor, he has seen how companies grow – and how value is often created or lost long before it becomes visible. Magnus co-founded Scalex Growth Partners after repeatedly seeing the same challenge across hundreds of companies: growth decisions are often made without a clear ownership perspective. Capital, talent and technology are rarely the real constraint – clarity, structure and long-term decision-making are. Today, Magnus works closely with owners, founders and boards to build companies that are less dependent, more resilient and worth more over time. His focus is on owner-level strategy, governance, value drivers and exit readiness, long before a transaction is on the table. Earlier in his career, Magnus worked at Accenture, held senior roles in technology organisations including Telia, and has contributed to governmental reports on small business growth. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
